The correct standard has not been referenced. ISO 2375 is a procedure for registration of escape sequences.
Deferred. It is the authors' understanding that the register created in the fulfillment of procedures described in ISO 2375 is a catalogue of coded character sets indexed by what is refered to as the Registration Number. Can the concerns behind the comment be elucidated further?

The two entries for TR 9573 are incorrect. There are no parts entitled Chemistry Markup or Mathematics Markup either published or in the work programme. Is a reference to TR 9573-13:1991 (Public entity sets for mathematics and science) intended?
